Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions;
• "CoinKings" means CoinKings Casino, a gaming platform operated by Igloo Ventures SRL;
• "User" or "you" means any person who uses the services of CoinKings;
• "Services" means any service provided by CoinKings, including but not limited to gaming, customer support, and payment processing.

2. Acceptance

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.

4. Gaming Rules

The gaming rules and procedures for each game shall be governed by the specific rules and conditions set forth in the applicable game description, as modified from time to time by CoinKings.

5. Payment Terms

You understand that payments made through the Services are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.

6. Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gaming can be addictive and may cause harm to yourself or others if not practiced responsibly. You agree to use the Services in a responsible manner and to take regular breaks from gaming.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as set forth in Section 13 below.

8. Termination

CoinKings reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoinKings be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or other economic losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.

11. Amendments

CoinKings reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinKings, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

13. Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Costa Rican Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

The failure of CoinKings to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
